PIONEER OF THE INSTITUTE: SHREE RATANASIGHJI GANPATSINGHJI MAHIDA(chief), SHREE HARISINGHJI MAHIDA (former chief of the institute). Presently institute is running under the excellent direction of Mr. Rajsinh Dilipsinh Mahida (secretary).

Shree Ratna singhji mahida is essentially from kosadi of Surat Dist., has been come to Rajpipala for occupation. At that time there was very less Education Institute. Rajpipala is imperial town than also Educationally It was backward. Shree Ratna singhji mahida has decided to develop it as Educational town and he has done it. Rajpipala where there was only one municipal Highschool there he has opened Maharaja Rajendra high school for boys and Surajba Kanya Vinay Mandir for girls .He has also made to start shardul English primary school and Arts, Science and commerce colleges in Rajpipala.He has made Bharuch dist. prosperous in education sphere by opening so many schools primary schools a hostels and Gurukuls .This institute has built up accommodation for aged people by opening Gharda ghar in pipalia.

Rajpipala was having P.T.C. college [Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)] from last so many years Government had decided to close it in 1973 that time Mr. Mahida has done the great job by negotiating urgently with government and adopted the college and transferred it in one palace named ‘Champak Nivas’ . After having establishment of the college on 2-7-1973 today it has prospered a lot and got advanced identification in Gujarat. Dr. Vimal Makwana is a principal of this college presently. Miss. S.S. Zaveri, Shree J.B. Shah,Shrimati V.K. Parekh, Shrimati Bhadra ben Parikh, Shrimati Bhartiben Bhavsar and C.V. Vasava have served as principal before.
